香蕉炭疽病生防拮抗菌筛选及其作用机制

摘    要:用含炭疽病菌的PDAY平板上分离香蕉组织表面的拮抗菌株,经离体和活体测定对香蕉炭疽病的防效,筛选到96003、96120、96206、95040、96201、95019、95042及96004等8个有显著拮抗作用的菌株,其中95019是酵母菌,其它为细菌.96003防效最佳,达67%.供试菌株的拮抗作用机制可分为抑菌和竞争两类.

Screening and inhibitory mechanisms of antagonists for biological control of banana anthracnose fungus
Abstract:The antagonistic microbes were isolated from banana peel tissues on medium of PDAY mixed with spores of Colletotrichum musae. Eight isolates with good antagonistic effect were selected. Among them, one was yeast,the others were bacteria. The antagonistic mechanisms could be divided into fungus inhibition and competition. The inhibitory activity and anti fungus metabolites of antagonistic isolates were analyzed. The results showed that some isolates inhibited the anthracnose fungus by secreting anti fungus protein with thermostability. The isolate 96003 could decrease banana anthracnose disease by 67% constantly and steadily, showing good applicable prospect.
