紫外导数光谱法同时测定硝酸根·亚硝酸根含量及数据处理的MATLAB·SAS实现

摘    要:采用紫外双波长一阶导数光谱法对水中NO3-和NO2-进行同时测定,并且借助MATLAB和SAS软件进行数据分析。结果表明,用紫外一阶导数光谱法测定硝酸根时,测定波长为209 nm;用紫外一阶导数双波长等吸收法测定亚硝酸根时,波长为210.5和222 nm。借助SAS,得到硝酸根导数吸光度绝对值(y)与硝酸根含量(x)的对数呈线性关系,其方程为:y=0.023 55+0.018 34 ln(x),模型的R2=0.965 3;同时,得到亚硝酸根导数差值吸光度(y)与亚硝酸根含量(x)的对数呈线性关系,其方程为:y=0.019 03+0.003 31 ln(x),模型的R2=0.981 8。通过BP算法对2种离子含量预测的结果表明,硝酸根含量预测的相对误差的绝对值范围为0.155%~2.040%,亚硝酸根含量预测的相对误差的绝对值范围为0.952%~8.330%。结合MATLAB和SAS,提高了数据处理的准确性和可靠性。

Simultaneous Determination of NO-3 and NO2- by Means of Ultraviolet Derivative Spectrophotometry and Implementations of MATLAB and SAS for Its Data Treatment
Abstract:The measurement of NO-3 and NO2-were carried out simultaneously by means of the ultraviolet two-wavelength first derivative spectrophotometry and its data analysis was implemented by the MATLAB and SAS.The results showed that measurement wavelength for NO-3 was 209 nm by means ultraviolet derivative spectrophotometry,however two-wavelength for NO2-were 210.5 and 222 nm respectively by means of the ultraviolet two-wavelength isoabsorption spectrophotometry.Asking for help of SAS,it was showed that the relation between the absolute value y of derivative absorbency and the logarithms of the content x for NO-3 was linear and its R-Square reached 0.965 3,which mathematical equation was y=0.023 55+0.018 34 ln(x).Meanwhile,it was also showed that the relation between y of derivative difference value absorbency and the logarithms of the content x for NO2-was linear and its R-Square reached 0.981 8,which mathematical equation was y=0.019 03+0.003 31 ln(x).The predicted result of the above two kinds of ion content through the analysis of BP algorithm illuminated that the absolute value range of relative error of content prediction for NO-3 and NO2-were 0.155%~2.040% and 0.952%~8.330% respectively.So the combination of MATLAB and SAS could enhance the accuracy and the reliability for data treatment.
