蜂蜜中多种有机磷农药残留量的研究

摘    要:目的]寻求测定蜂蜜中多种有机磷农药残留量的最佳方法。方法]采用DB-35石英毛细管柱,分流进样,程序升温,火焰光度检测器(FPD)(带磷滤光片),高纯氮气、空气、氢气为载气,建立了气相色谱法测定蜂蜜中8种有机磷(敌敌畏、甲胺磷、甲拌磷、乐果、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、毒死蜱、对硫磷)农药残留量的检测方法。结果]8种有机磷农药在1~100 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好(r>0.995 5),其最低检出限范围为0.021~0.100μg/ml。8种有机磷农药的添加回收率均在81%~100%范围内。结论]该方法的准确度、灵敏度、回收率及重现性均符合农药多残留测定技术的要求。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to seek for the optimum method to detect the residual quantities of multi-organophosphorous pesticides in honey.Method] With DB-35 silica capillary column for split stream sampling and programmed heating,flame photometric detector(FPD) with optical filter with phosphorous for detecting,and high purity nitrogen,air and hydrogen as carrier gas,the method of detecting the residual quantities of 8 organophosphorous pesticides(DDVP,methamidophos,phorate,dimethoate,methyl parathion,malathion,chlorpyrifos and parathion) in honey by gas chromatography method was established.Result] 8 kinds of organophosphorous pesticides had good linear relationship(r>0.995 5) in the content range of 1~100 ng/mL,their least detective ranges were 0.021~0.1 μg/mL and the additive recoveries were in 81 %~100 %.Conclusion] The accuracy,sensitivity,recovery and reproducibility of the method all accorded with the requirement of detective technique of pesticide multi-residue.
