摘    要:用不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)溶液对不同质量的辣椒种子进行处理,结果表明:高质量的辣椒种子经SA处理后,其发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数都得到大幅度提高,其中发芽指数的变化率最显著,但对其发芽率影响不明显;SA对低质量的辣椒种子发芽和活力的促进作用较对高质量种子作用显著。SA对辣椒种子活力的影响与SA浓度有关,与所供试的时间关系不显著。试验表明,用0.01~1.00mmol/L的SA溶液处理辣椒种子可显著提高其抗逆性,用0.10 mmol/L的SA处理24 h对提高辣椒种子活力的提高效果最好。

Abstract:In this study,we treated aged and new pepper seeds with osmotic solution of SA in different concentration respectively and the results as follows: Treated with solution SA,new pepper seeds germination potential,germination index and vigor index increased remarkably,and germination index increased most.But no obvious increase was viewed in the seed germination capacity.SA can improve aged seeds germination and vigor more than new seeds.Influence of SA to seed vigor was correlative to the SA solution concentration but not distinctly correlative to the time.Study showed that SA has the function of increasing pepper seed stress tolerance and 0.10 mmol/L SA treated pepper seed for 24 hours was the optimum condition.
