摘    要:目的]寻找适合当地环境条件下葡萄插条的生长调节剂和浓度。方法]用不同浓度GGR、ABT 1号生根粉和IAA不同浓度处理葡萄插条,比较其对红提葡萄插条生根的影响。结果]结果表明:3种生长调节剂对葡萄插条的生根均有促进作用。综合各项指标,GGR与ABT 1号生根粉促进插条生根的最适浓度均为150 mg/L,IAA促进生根的最适浓度为100 mg/L。不同浓度的3种药剂处理葡萄插条生根的效果依次为GGR 150 mg/L>GGR 100 mg/L>ABT 1号生根粉150 mg/L>GGR 50 mg/L,ABT 1号生根粉100 mg/L>IAA 100 mg/L>IAA150 mg/L>ABT 1号生根粉50 mg/L>IAA 50 mg/L。结论]该研究为3种生长调节剂的使用提供了依据,但仍需进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to seek suitable growth regulators and concentrations for grape cuttings under local environment conditions.Method] Grape cuttings were treated with different concentrations of GGR,ABT 1 rooting powder and IAA to compare their effects on the rooting of red globe grape cuttings.Result] 3 kinds of growth regulators all had promotion effects on root growth of grape cuttings.Taking all the tested parameters into consideration,the optimum concentrations of GGR and ABT 1 rooting powder for promoting the root growth of cuttings were both 150 mg/L.The optimum concentration of IAA for promoting the rooting was 100 mg/L.The effects of different concentrations of 3 kinds of drugs on the rooting of grape cuttings were as follows: GGR 150 mg/L>GGR 100 mg/L>ABT 1 150 mg/L>GGR 50 mg/L,ABT 1 100 mg/L>IAA 100 mg/L>IAA 150 mg/L>ABT 50 mg/L>IAA 50 mg/L.Conclusion] The research provided basis for the usages of 3 kinds of growth regulators.
