| 摘 要： | 目的]探究打顶前后不同营养调控措施对烟叶钾素与烟碱的调节效应。方法]通过田间试验,研究不同营养调控措施对烟叶钾素与烟碱的调节效应。结果]结果表明,随施肥水平升高,团棵期烟叶钾素含量大致呈下降趋势,旺长期呈上升趋势,但烟叶烟碱含量变化趋势存在差别;圆顶期施肥水平较高的处理烟叶钾素和烟碱含量大致呈下降趋势。留顶和移栽后追施硫酸钾结合打顶时涂1次生长素可提高烟叶钾素含量,降低烟叶烟碱含量,并以后者提钾降烟碱的效果较为明显。结论]该研究为制订烟草生产合理的调控措施和推广应用提供了科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] The objective of the research was to explore the adjusting effects of different nutritive regulating measures before and after the topping time on potassium and nicotine in tobacco leaves.Method] The adjusting effects of different nutritive regulating measures on potassium and nicotine in tobacco leaves were studied in field experiment.Result] With the rise of fertilization level,potassium content in tobacco leaves showed a decreasing trend in rosette stage approximately and showed an increasing trend in vigorous growing stage,but there was a difference on the change tendency of nicotine content in tobacco leaves.Contents of potassium and nicotine in tobacco leaves in the treatment of higher fertilization level in round top stage showed a decline trend.Combined with smearing once auxin in topping stage,keeping its top unremoved and applying potassium sulfate after transplanting could increase potassium content in tobacco leaves and decrease nicotine content of tobacco leaves,and the latter had more significant effects on increasing potassium and reducing nicotine.Conclusion] The research provided scientific basis for formulating reasonable regulating measures in tobacco production,and its extension and application. |
