我国蓖麻种质资源的综合评价

摘    要:目的]为蓖麻的深入研究、育种和生产利用提供依据。方法]对"九五"、"十五"期间收集的177份蓖麻材料的数量性状、质量性状和品质性状进行鉴定及综合评价,同时对各主产区蓖麻的主要育种性状及分布情况进行统计分析。结果]所收集的177份材料中有效分枝数、有效穗数和果穗长度的变异系数较大,生育期的变异系数较小,无果刺的占16.5%,果实不能自然开裂的占20.5%,我国大部分材料籽仁含油率在60%~70%。在含油率超过70%的39份材料中,四川的占92.3%,且四川产区的材料生育期、有效穗数和百粒重的变异系数最大。籽仁含油率与果穗长度呈显著负相关,果穗每增加1 cm,籽仁含油率下降0.117 4%。结论]我国蓖麻种质遗传基因丰富,在四川表现比较突出;果穗长度与籽仁含油率呈显著负相关,是蓖麻育种的一个重要指标。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for further research,breeding,production and utilization of Ricinus communis.Method] Quantitative traits,qualitative traits and quality traits of 177 R.communis materials that were collected in the periods of "Tenth Five-Year Plan" and " Ninth Five-Year Plan" were identified and evaluated synthetically.At the same time the main breeding traits and distribution situation of R.communis in main production area were analyzed.Result] Variation coefficients of effective branch number,effective panicle number and ear length in 177 selected materials in China were larger,while their variation coefficient of growth stage was smaller.The no-thorn fruits accounted for 16.5% and the fruits without cracking naturally accounted for 20.5 %.Most materials had 60 %~70 % oil rate of seed kernel.Among 39 materials with oil rate of over 70 %,the materials from Sichuan area was about 92.3 % and the variation coefficient of growth stage,effective panicle number and 100-grain weight was the highest in R.communis in Sichuan producing area.Oil rate of seed kernel had significantly negative relation with ear length.When the ear enhanced by 1 cm,oil rate of seed kernel could decrease by 0.117 4 %.Conclusion] Genetic gene of R.communis germplasm in China was abundant,especially in Sichuan area.Oil rate of seed kernel had significant negative relation with ear length,which could be taken as an important index for R.communis breeding.
