摘    要:分别用猪链球菌C、D、E血清群菌株制成两种单价灭活苗S1(C群菌株苗)、S2(D群菌株苗);一种二价灭活苗S3(C、D群菌株苗)和一种三价灭活苗S4(C、D、E群菌株苗)。四种灭活苗经免疫家兔和断奶仔猪后,比较血清抗体水平,四种疫苗的各群抗体水平均能规律性地转阳,其抗体水平间无明显差异。四种疫苗分别免疫小鼠2周后采用强毒进行攻击,它们对相应的血清群强毒株的攻击均能保护,且保护数无明显差异,结果显示多价灭活苗能够保护相应的致病血清群强毒株的攻击,其保护效果与单价灭活苗无差异。

Abstract:The strains of swine streptococcus in serogroup C,D and E were used to prepare 2 kinds of univalent inactivated vaccine S1(C serogroup of vaccine strain)and S2(D serogroup of vaccine strain),1 kind of bivalent inactivated vaccine S3(C and D serogroups of vaccine strain) and 1 kind of trivalent inactivated vaccine S4(C,D and E serogroups of vaccine strain).The serum antibody levels of 4 kinds of inactivated vaccine were compared after they immunized rabbits and weaned piglets.And the antibody level of 4 kinds of vaccine in each serogroup could all turn to be positive regularly and there was no obvious difference among different antibody levels.4 kinds of vaccine were attacked by strong virus after they immunized rabbits for 2 weeks.And they could protect mouse from the attack of strong virulent strains in the corresponding serogroup and the protective numbers had no obvious difference.The results showed that multivalent inactivated vaccine could protect from the attack of strong virulent strains in the corresponding serogroup and its proactive effect had no difference with univalent inactivated vaccine.
