| 摘 要： | 通过对长春市朝阳区集贸市场的实地调研,分析研究影响集贸市场空间分布的因素,主要包括:人口分布因素、空间的接近性、竞争因素、经营者的素质和政策因素。通过对朝阳区8个街道的集贸市场进行实证分析,得出集贸市场可分成3种类型:商业圈型集贸市场、市区型集贸市场和郊区型集贸市场,并分析其空间分布特征及演变趋势。 |

| Abstract: | The factors of affecting the spatial distribution of terminal markets were analyzed and studied through the on-the-spot investigation on the terminal markets in Chaoyang district of Changchun city.They mainly included population distribution,spatial proximity,competition,diathesis of operators and policy.Through the demonstration analysis on the terminal markets of 8 streets of Chaoyang district,it was concluded that the terminal markets could be classified into 3 types of commercial circles type of terminal market,urban type of terminal market and suburban type of terminal market,and their spatial distribution characters and evolution trends were analyzed. |
