低温对辣椒叶面积及生理指标的影响

摘    要:对耐寒性不同的两个辣椒品种进行不同时间低温处理,研究其叶面积及叶片中的Pro含量、POD活性和MDA含量的变化规律。结果表明:低温减小了辣椒叶面积,且低温时间越长,减小幅度越大;随着低温时间的增加,辣椒叶片中的Pro含量、POD活性、MDA含量均呈不断增加趋势。

Abstract:2 varieties of Capsicum annuum with different cold-resistance were treated with low temperature for different time to study the change laws of the leaf area and praline(Pro) content,POD activity and MDA content in the leaves.The results showed that low temperature reduced the leaf area of C.annuum.The longer time of low temperature was,the larger the decreasing amplitude was.With the increasing of the low-temperature time,Pro content,POD activity and MDA content in the leaves of C.annuum all showed trends of increasing continuously.
