| Abstract: | No abnormal signs were observed on the pigeon injected with 1mL of oil adjuvant inactivated vaccine.The pigeon injected with 0.1mL of oil adjuvant inactivated vaccine induced the hemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody level to ND from 0 to 2 7.3 in the following 24 days;all immune pigeons(6/6)were protected when challenged with highly virulent NDV. |
