摘    要:本文在分析了不同生态条件苹果繁殖器官中的附生微生物的基础上,从已获得的292株菌(全部附生微生物)中筛选出11株对A.alternata(苹果霉心病的主要病原)具抑制作用的拮抗微生物,它们主要属于芽孢杆菌属和链霉菌属。拮抗菌B_(25)和A_(32)的田间试验结果表明:对苹果霉心病的防治效果都比多菌灵好,跟踪检测结果,B_(25)和A_(32)都能在与它们原来存在的生态条件完全不同的苹果树上定殖下来。

Abstract:After analyses of the epiphytic microorganisms in the breed organ of apple in the different ecological conditions, 11 antagonists, inhibiting Alternaria alternata (main pathogen of moldycore of apple), have been selected from 292 isolates achieved (all epiphytic microorganisms).They mainly belong to Bacillus and Strep tomyces. The results in field trials showed that B_25 and A_32 were more effective than Carbendazol on the control of moldy core of apple. In addition,both couldbe colonized the apple trees, where the ecological condition differs from their primitive one.
