摘    要:以某四缸内燃机曲轴为研究对象,探讨了多缸内燃机曲轴轴承负荷和曲轴变形计算的整体曲轴梁单元有限元方法。与计算多缸内燃机曲轴轴承负荷的传统方法比较,该方法更接近实际,可以直接且同时计算所有主轴承负荷。与整体曲轴体单元法加以比较,可见整体曲轴梁单元有限元方法是一种简单、方便、省时,计算精度满足要求的曲轴变形计算方法。

Abstract:The crankshaft of a four-cylinder internal combustion engine was taken as the research object, the whole crankshaft beam-element FE method to calculate crankshaft bearing load and crankshaft deformation of multi-cylinder internal combustion engine was studied. This method is closer to the practice and could calculate all main bearing load compared with the traditional ones in calculating crankshaft bearing load of multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, and it is a simple, convenient, save-time method used in calculating crankshaft deformation compared to whole crankshaft solid-element method and its calculating precision could meet the requirements.
