摘    要:施用常量和过量的绿麦隆、百草敌和虎威于免耕的旱地黄棕壤表面,研究其对土壤生态系统中 CO_2释放量、酶活性及氮素转化的影响。结果表明:3种除草剂对土壤呼吸都有不同程度的抑制,百草敌>虎威>绿麦隆,浓度愈大,抑制愈强;对不同土壤酶的抑制为:脲酶>转化酶>过氧化氢酶。土壤中 NH_4~+-N和 NO_3~--N 的总量因使用除草剂而增加,并与施用量呈正相关,只有过量的百草敌和虎威会抑制硝化作用。覆盖免耕能减弱绿麦隆对土壤呼吸强度、转化酶、脲酶活性和硝化作用的抑制。

Abstract:Three species of herbicides,chlortoluron,dicamba and fomesafen,were sprayed onnotillage fields of yellow-brown earth at normal and excess doses.The effects of differentherbicides at tested doses,and of chlortoluron with different tillage measure on function ofsoil ecosystems were studied.The results indicated that:according to three herbicides's de-gree of the restraint to soil respiration,the order is dicamba>fomesafen>chlortoluron;thehigher the doses,the more the restraint.Different soil enzymes had different sensitivity toherbicides,the order is urease>invertase>catalase.The sum of NH_4~+-N and NO_3~--N in sur-face soil was increased when herbicides had been sprayed.Ecosystems of notillage with cropresidues could reduce the restraint of chlortoluron to soil respiration,invertase activity,urease activity and nitrification.
