摘    要:大豆荚皮中具有至少9条SOD同工酶带:Mn—SODa_1、a_2;Cu—Zn—SODb_1、b_2、b_3;Cu—Zn—SODc_1、c_2、c_3及与澳酚兰前沿混在一起的一条酶带。在果实发育过程中荚皮各酶带没有发育先后顺序的差异,只是酶带强弱的程度稍有变化。种子也至少有9条酶带,但c_3与溴酚兰前沿混在一起。发育过程申各同工酶出现的顺序有差异,最先出现的是a_1带,最后出现的是c_3带。果实发育各期荚皮SOD的各条同工酶带均比种子中相应的酶带活性强。实验表明:电泳方法的改进将会分离出更多的SOD同工酶带。

Abstract:At least SOD 9 (Superoxide Dismutasc) isozymic bands were found in soybean pod: Mn -SOD a1, a2, a3l Cu-Zn-SOD bt, b2, b3Cu -Zn-SOD c1, c2, c3; and a band mixied with the forward position of bromophend blue. During fruit development, no difference were found on developmental sequence among different isozymes in pods and only a little changes in the band strength was detected. The SOD in seeds also had at least 9 isozymic bands, but the c3 band mix- ied with the front line of bromophenol blue. The isozymes in seeds showed an obvious differences in developmental sequence: the first appeard band in PAGE was a1 and the last one was c3. Each isozymic band activity in the pod at each developmental stage was stronger than that in the seed at the corresponding stage during fruit development, respectively. This experiment suggested that the improvement in isozyme seperating technique would resulted in more SOD isozymic bands appeared in PAGE.
