| 摘 要： | Through a large number of tests of grinding the cycloidal flanks with abrasive belt, the surface roughness and residual stress exist in the complex curved parts resulting from large-curvature belt-grinding are discussed. The effect of the technical parameters on surface quality is analyzed and the empiric formula is given. This is enable to provide the grinding process with correct selecting of technical parameters.
