生物质颗粒燃烧炉在密集烤房上的应用

摘    要:为探索生物质燃料在烟叶烘烤中的利用,实现烟叶烘烤节能环保和降本增效,以‘湘烟5号’的下、中部叶为试验材料,采用生物质颗粒燃烧炉配置相应换热器、直接对接金属加热设备和直接对接非金属加热设备3种应用方式,与一次性加煤非金属供热设备对比的方法,对生物质颗粒燃烧炉的应用进行了研究。结果表明:利用生物质颗粒燃烧炉供热进行烟叶烘烤,有利于烘烤过程中干球温度的控制,干球温度控制精度在±0.5℃以内,能确保烘烤工艺的到位,提高烟叶烘烤质量;烘烤能耗成本低于燃煤烘烤,且烘烤操作如添料、点火、控火及出渣等难度和用工量远低于传统燃煤方式,烟农易掌握,有利于烟叶烘烤减工降本;生物质颗粒燃烧炉在原有密集烤房配置相应换热器的方式应用效果较好,其次是直接对接金属加热设备,直接对接非金属加热设备的应用效果相对较差。

Abstract:The paper aims to explore the utilization of biomass fuels in tobacco leaf curing, and achieve energy saving, environmental protection, cost reduction and efficiency increase. The lower leaves and the middle leaves of'Xiangyan 5'were taken as experimental materials, we compared the application effect of biomass particle combustion furnace with corresponding heat exchanger, direct docking metal heating equipment and direct docking non-metal heating equipment with the effect of a one-time coal non-metallic heating equipment, to study the application of biomass particle combustion furnace. The results showed that:the use of biomass particle combustion furnace for tobacco leaf curing was beneficial to the control of dry bulb temperature during the process, dry bulb temperature control precision was within ± 0.5℃, ensuring that the curing process was in place and beneficial to improve the quality of tobacco leaf baking. The energy cost was lower than coal curing, and the operation, including fuel feeding, ignition, control and removal of slag, was much easier and labor saving than traditional coal-fired way. The biomass particle combustion furnace showed good application effect with the corresponding heat exchanger, followed by that with the direct docking metal heating equipment, and the application effect of the direct docking non-metal heating equipment was relatively poor.
