建筑施工安全综合评价体系的研究与应用

摘    要:建筑施工安全一直是企业管理中的重点和难点,安全综合评价是企业进行安全管理的基础和依据,针对目前建筑施工评价指标反应的内容不全面不准确,安全综合评价分析方法的配合性差,综合评判的科学性不强等问题,从人—机—环境的系统角度出发,提出了较为科学全面的建筑施工安全综合评价指标体系,结合工程实例,对基于模糊层次分析的安全评价方法进行了深入研究,该评价体系对促进建筑施工安全管理工作的科学化、规范化、程序化有积极的现实意义.

Abstract:Safety in building construction is always the key and difficult point for business management.Safety assessment is the foundation and basis of safety management for enterprises.Taking into consideration the fact that the current construction safety assessment methods have insufficient accuracy,poor compatibility and other shortcomings,the authors of the paper propose a comprehensive safety assessment index system based on man-machine-environment system engineering(MMESE).With a specific construction project as an example,the paper presents a detailed discussion of the AHP-based safety assessment method.
