| 摘 要： | 【目的】比较2个厂家不同剂量猪瘟疫苗的临床免疫效果。【方法】将60头断奶空怀母猪随机平均分为2组,一组接种较高剂量猪瘟疫苗E(E组),另一组接种较低剂量猪瘟疫苗A(A组);当母猪产仔后,所产仔猪在20d与60d时分别接种1次;采集不同阶段的母猪、仔猪与生长猪的血清,用阻断ELISA方法检测猪瘟病毒抗体。【结果】在断奶空怀母猪阶段,两组之间无差异。在其他阶段,E组猪瘟病毒抗体阻断率一直高于A组,各个阶段均达到显著(P0.05)水平;除35d与56d仔猪外,E组猪瘟病毒抗体阻断率变异系数都小于A组;E组猪瘟病毒抗体阳性率都高于A组,其中在35d仔猪达到显著水平。抗体检测结果显示,E组猪瘟免疫抗体数据优于A组,表明猪瘟疫苗E的临床免疫效果优于疫苗A。【结论】较高剂量猪瘟疫苗的临床免疫效果好于较低剂量疫苗,为剂量存在差异的不同厂家猪瘟疫苗的临床选用提供了试验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The objective of this study is to compare the clinical immune effects of the classical swine fever (CSF)vaccine with different dose from two manufacturers.Methods]Sixty non-pregnant sows after weaning were divided randomly into 2 groups average,each was immunized with the CSF vaccine E with relatively high dose (group E) or the CSF vaccine A with relatively low dose (group A).After the parturition of sows,their offspring were immunized with the related CSF vaccine at 20 and 60 days of age,respectively.The sera of sows,piglets and growing pigs at different time point were collected,and the antibody against CSF virus (CSFV) in sera was determined with blocking ELISA respectively.Results]The results showed that there was no difference between the two groups at the phase of the non-pregnant sows after weaning.At the other experiment period,the antibody blocking rate of CSFV in group E were all higher than those in group A,and the differences were all significant (P＜0.05);the coefficient of variation of the antibody blocking rate of CSFV in group E was all less than that in group A except the piglets aged 35 and 56 days.The positive rates of CSFV antibody in group E were all higher than those in group A,and the difference was significant (P＜0.05) at the piglets aged 35 days.The results indicated that the antibody data of CSF vaccine in group E were better than those in group A,which revealed that the clinical immune effects of the CSF vaccine E was better than the vaccine A.Conclusion]The clinical immune effect of the CSF vaccine with relatively higher dose was better than that with relatively lows,which provided an experimental base for the clinical use of the CSF vaccine with dose difference from different manufacturers. |
