摘    要:【目的】为提高小豆遗传育种选择效率提供新方法。【方法】将9个杂交组合的35个F_2群体分别构建混池利用SSR分子标记进行真实性鉴定,并以表型性状分离作为佐证。【结果】从35个群体中鉴定出10个真杂种群体,其中17FMY2007-7群体出现叶形分离,佐证了SSR分子标记的可靠性。【结论】混池法可以有效鉴定F_2群体真实性、降低工作量、节约成本,为作图群体及其后代真实性鉴定提供新方法,以提高遗传育种选择效率。

Abstract:Objectives]To improve the selection-efficiency of genetic breeding in adzuki bean,reliability of F2 population identification was explored by mixing-pool method in adzuki bean.Methods]Each of 35 F2 populations from nine cross combinations was divided into one mixing pool respectively,and SSR marker was used for identifying true hybrid generation,and phenotypes were used as a corroborative evidence.Results]10 populations from true hybrids were identified in these 35 populations,and phenotypic segregation of 17FMY2007-7 evidenced the result of SSR marker.Conclusion]Mixing-pool method can effectively identify reliability of F2 population in adzuki bean,and improve the selection-efficiency of genetic breeding,and decrease work load and experiment cost.
