摘    要:以36份新疆野生黄花苜蓿为材料,采用SSR分子标记对其遗传多样性进行分析,以期为新疆黄花苜蓿资源评价和核心种质库构建提供基础数据。结果表明,9对SSR分子标记引物PCR共扩增出93条条带,每对引物扩增出的条带数变异范围为3~19条,平均10.33条/对,多态条带总数为86个,多态条带百分比为92.47%,平均多态性条带数为9.55,平均多态性比例为91.55%,表明居群间存在丰富的遗传多样性。POPGENE分析表明,在遗传相似系数0.611处可将36份野生黄花苜蓿材料划分为2个混合群体和4个特定类群,表明材料具有显著异质性。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of 36 Medicago falcata accessions in Xinjiang were analyzed by SSR molecular markers,in order to provide basic data for the resource and core collection construction of Xinjiang M.falcata.The results showed that a total of 93 bands were amplified by 9 pairs of SSR molecular marker primers.The variation range of bands amplified by each pair of primers ranged from 3 to 19,with an average of 10.33 bands per pair.The total number of polymorphic bands was 86,the percentage of polymorphic bands was 92.47%,the average number of polymorphic bands was 9.55,and the ratio of polymorphic bands was 91.55%,indicating that there was abundant genetic diversity among populations.POPGENE analysis showed that 36 M.falcata accessions were divided into 2 mixed groups and 4 specific subgroups at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.611,indicating that the accessions had significant heterogeneity.
