刈割留茬高度对大针茅草原土壤微生物群落结构及多样性的影响

摘    要:大针茅(Stipa grandis)草原是内蒙古典型草原主要群落类型之一,刈割是典型草原的主要利用方式之一。为探讨大针茅草原土壤细菌、真菌群落结构及多样性对刈割的响应,利用IonS5 TM XL高通量测序平台研究不同刈割留茬高度下大针茅草原土壤细菌、真菌的群落结构、物种组成及多样性。研究结果表明:在留茬5cm时,土壤细菌、真菌的丰富度和多样性均达到最大值,且微生物群落结构发生了改变。不同留茬高度刈割处理下,在门水平上土壤细菌、真菌的优势类群没有改变,但是在属水平上,优势类群发生了改变且不同留茬高度间优势类群不同。与细菌相比,真菌对刈割的响应更加敏感,这表明真菌是更好的生态系统功能和微生物多样性的预测因子,且真菌群落的响应可能对牧草产量和品质有着积极的影响,有利于生态系统的可持续发展。

Abstract:The effect of stubble height on community structure,species composition and diversity of bacteria and fungi in the soil of Stipa grandis steppe was studied using IonS5 TM XL high-throughput sequencing platform.The results showed that the richness and diversity of soil bacteria and fungi reached the maximum in stubble height of 5cm,meanwhile,the microbial community structure was changed.Among different stubble treatments,dominant groups of soil bacteria and fungi were changed at the genus level but not the phylum level.The fungi were more sensitive to cutting compared to bacteria,which indicated that fungi were better indicators of ecosystem function and diversity.Their response may have a positive impact on forage yield and quality,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the ecosystem.
