松嫩平原西部盐碱化草地典型植被群落生物多样性特征

摘    要:采用样方法对松嫩平原西部盐碱化草地开展植被群落调查,以期探明盐碱化草地不同群落的生物多样性特征和生产力水平。结果表明:羊草群落0~20cm土层的土壤pH值和电导率均显著低于碱茅群落和虎尾草群落(P<0.05),但后两者之间差异不显著;虎尾草群落植株密度和盖度分别为1739.40株/m 2和79.20%,均高于碱茅群落和羊草群落,但各群落间差异不显著;虎尾草群落和碱茅群落地上生物量分别为199.30g/m 2和167.34g/m 2,均显著高于羊草群落的地上生物量(P<0.05);羊草群落和虎尾草群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数分别为3.04和2.99,均显著高于碱茅群落(P<0.05);羊草群落Marglef物种丰富度指数为0.48,显著高于虎尾草群落及碱茅群落(P<0.05),但后两者之间差异不显著;羊草群落和虎尾草群落Pielou均匀度指数、Simpson优势度指数,均显著高于碱茅群落(P<0.05),但前两者间差异不显著。在一定范围内随着土壤盐碱化的加重,植被群落种类组成趋向简单,多样性指数趋小,但地上生物量趋高。

Abstract:In order to explore the biodiversity characteristics and productivity of different plant communities in saline-alkali grassland,the community vegetation of saline-alkali grassland in the west of Songnen Plain was investigated by sampling method.The results showed that the pH value and conductivity of 0~20cm soil layer of Leymus chinensis community were significantly lower than that of Puccinellia distans community and Chloris virgata community(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the latter two communities.The plant density and coverage of C.virgata community were 1739.40plants/m 2 and 79.20%respectively,which were higher than that of P.distans community and L.chinensis community,but there was no significant difference among the three communities.The aboveground biomass of C.virgata community and P.distans community were 199.30g/m 2 and 167.34g/m 2,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of L.chinensis community(P<0.05).Shannon-Wiener index of L.chinensis community and C.virgata community were 3.04 and 2.99,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of P.distans community(P<0.05).Marglef index of L.chinensis community was 0.48,which was significantly higher than that of P.distans community and C.virgata community(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the latter two communities;Pielou index and Simpson index of L.chinensis community and C.virgata community were significantly higher than that of P.distans community(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the former two communities.In a certain range,with the aggravation of soil salinization,the species of plant communities tended to be simple,and the diversity index tended to be small,but the aboveground biomass of community tended to be increased.
