草甘膦和根瘤菌对紫花苜蓿品质及固氮能力的影响

摘    要:以常用的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种金皇后为材料,种植前土壤喷洒不同浓度的草甘膦溶液(0ml/L、0.6ml/L、3ml/L及6ml/L)模拟有草甘膦使用史的耕地。60d后测定金皇后地上部分鲜重、茎粗、株高、根鲜重、根长、根瘤数、结瘤率、含氮量、叶绿素含量和丙二醛含量,反映土壤中不同草甘膦残留量对金皇后品质与固氮效果的影响。结果表明:不同浓度草甘膦对金皇后的生长和固氮效果都有抑制作用,且抑制效果随着草甘膦浓度的升高而加强。与对照组相比,0.6ml/L的草甘膦对金皇后的影响较小,而当草甘膦浓度达到6ml/L时,金皇后单株地上部分鲜重减少4.36g(减产率44.00%),结瘤率减少91.67%,植株含氮量减少3.06%,此外其他生长生理指标也发生了不同程度的抑制。研究还发现在对照组和0.6ml/L草甘膦组接种根瘤菌可以提高金皇后的地上部分鲜重、株高、根鲜重和植株含氮量。

Abstract:The common alfalfa variety,Golden Empress,was used as the research material in the present study.Before planting,the soil was sprayed with different concentrations of glyphosate solution(0 ml/L,0.6 ml/L,3 ml/L,6 ml/L)to simulate the cultivated land with the history of glyphosate use.After 60 days,the aboveground fresh weight,stem diameter,plant height,root fresh weight,root length,nodule number,nodulation rate,and nitrogen,chlorophyll and malondialdehyde contents were determined to reflect the effects of different concentrations of glyphosate residue on quality traits and nitrogen fixation of Golden Empress.The results showed that different concentrations of glyphosate inhibited the growth and nitrogen fixation of Golden Empress,and the inhibitory effect was strengthened with the increase of glyphosate concentration.Compared with the control group,0.6 ml/L glyphosate had less effect on Golden Empress.When the concentration of glyphosate reached 6 ml/L,the aboveground fresh weight of single Golden Empress was decreased by 4.36 g(yield reduction rate:44.00%),nodulation rate was decreased by 91.67%,and nitrogen content was decreased by 3.06%.In addition,other growth and physiological parameters were also inhibited.Furthermore,the aboveground fresh weight,plant height,root fresh weight and nitrogen content of plants were found to be increased in control group and 0.6ml/L glyphosate group.
