氮磷添加对松嫩草地土壤团聚体结构及其碳含量的影响

摘    要:为探讨氮磷添加对草地土壤团聚体组成及碳含量分布特征的影响,在松嫩草地开展了为期4年(2015~2018年)的养分添加实验,包括4个氮添加水平和2个磷添加水平,共计8个处理组合。于2018年8月采集土样,采用湿筛法分析土壤团聚体结构,进而测量全土和不同粒径团聚体总碳(TC)、有机碳(SOC)、可溶性有机碳(DOC)和微生物量碳(MBC)含量。研究结果表明:随着氮添加水平的增加,0~10cm和10~30cm土层中大粒径团聚体比例和团聚体稳定性显著提高,小粒径团聚体比例显著降低;磷添加的影响与之相反。0~10cm土层中,微团聚体占比高于淤泥+粘土团聚体。10~30cm土层中,各团聚体组成所占比例大小为:微团聚体>淤泥+粘土团聚体>大团聚体。氮磷添加显著提高了土壤全土和团聚体SOC和DOC含量。随着氮添加水平的增加,土壤全土和团聚体MBC含量显著降低;磷添加则显著提高了MBC含量。在所有处理中,淤泥+粘土团聚体的碳含量显著大于微团聚体的碳含量。土壤团聚体稳定性与SOC和DOC含量存在正相关关系,与MBC含量呈显著负相关关系。研究结果表明,连续氮磷添加可以改变草甸草原土壤结构,提高土壤固碳能力。

Abstract:To explore the effects of nutrients addition on grassland soil aggregate composition and carbon content distribution,different levels of nitrogen and phosphorus were added in a field experiment for 4 years(2015~2018)in Songnen grassland.There were eight treatments in the experiment,including four and two different levels of nitrogen and phosphorus,respectively.Soil aggregates were classified using wet sieving method.The contents of total carbon(TC),organic carbon(SOC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC),and microbial biomass carbon(MBC)of bulk soil and aggregates with different particle sizes were analyzed.The results showed that the proportion of aggregates with large particle size and aggregate stability(0~10cm and 10~30cm soil layers)were significantly increased with the increasing nitrogen level,while the addition of phosphorus had the opposite effect.In the soil layer(0~10cm),the proportion of microaggregates was higher than that of silt+clay aggregates.In the soil layer(10~30cm),the rank of individual aggregate proportion was shown as following:microaggregates>silt+clay aggregates>macroaggregates.The addition of nitrogen and phosphorus significantly increased SOC and DOC contents in the bulk soil and aggregates.With the increasing nitrogen level,MBC content of the bulk soil and aggregates was significantly decreased,whereas the addition of phosphorus had the opposite effect.Among all treatments,carbon contents in the silt+clay aggregates were significantly higher than that of microaggregates.Soil aggregates stability was significantly correlated with SOC,DOC and MBC contents.In conclusion,the addition of nitrogen and phosphorus can change the structure of soil and improve the soil carbon fixation ability in the present area.
