玉米子粒铁含量的基因型差异

摘    要:铁是影响动物及人类健康的重要微量元素之一.玉米作为重要的粮、饲兼用作物,其子粒铁含量是决定其子粒营养价值的一个重要指标.调查了24个杂交种及78个玉米自交系的子粒铁营养状况.结果表明,杂交种子粒铁含量在(40.1±5.0)mg/kg,变异幅度较小.其中W517、唐抗5号和高油115的子粒铁含量较高.自交系子粒的铁含量在(32.9±7.4)mg/kg,变异幅度较大.其中鲁原92子粒的铁含量较高,达到61.4 mg/kg.子粒铁含量与产量之间相关性很低,说明通过选育既高产、铁含量又高的新品种是可行的。

Abstract:Iron is one of the most essential nutrients in both animal and human health.Iron concentration is a important indicator of the nutritional value of maize,a major crop for both food and feed.The iron concentration in grains of24hybrids and80inbreds was investigated.It was showed that iron concentration in grains of the hybrids did not vary too much,with a mean of40.1mg/kg and a stand error of5.0mg/kg.Iron concentration of W5017,Tangkang5and Highoil115were higher than iron concenfration of the other hybrids.Iron concentration of inbreds varied a lot,with an average of32.9mg/kg and a standard error of7.4mg/kg.Luyuan92had the highest grain iron concentration with the value of61.4mg/kg.No correlation was found between iron concentration and grain yield,suggesting that breeding for high yielding hybrids with high iron concentration in grain is feasible.
