干旱胁迫下玉米根系活力和膜透性的变化

摘    要:研究了干旱胁迫下盆栽玉米叶片含水量,根系活力和质膜透透性的变化,结果表明:干旱胁迫下,玉米叶片相对含水量下降,叶片及根系质膜透性上升,根系活力下降,并且,下部幼根的质膜透性比上部老根上升快,同时其活力下降也快于上部老根。

Abstract:Changes of the leave relative water content,roots activity and plasma membrane permeability under drought stress in pod cultivated maize seedling were studied.The results showed that the leave relative water content and roots activity decreased,the plasma membrane permeability of leave and roots increased under drought stress in maize,and the plasma membrane permeability increased,as well as roots activity decreased in the lower younger roots more rapidly than those in the upper older roots.
