| 摘 要： | 利用SMART-RACE方法,克隆了猪的一个新基因,获得1 506 bp的全长cDNA序列,NCBI登录号为EF576939。序列分析表明,该基因编码349个氨基酸,具有ADH-zinc-N和Qor结构域,与人、牛、小鼠的CRYZL1蛋白分别具有93%、95%、89%的同源性,被命名为猪zeta-crystallin(Quinone Reductase)-like 1(CRYZL1)基因。该基因克隆为进一步研究其功能打下基础。

| Abstract: | A new swine gene was cloned with SMART-RACE.The full-length cDNA contained 1506 nucleotides with GenBank accession number EF576939.Sequence analysis showed that the gene encoded 349 amino acid residues,with conserved domain ADH-zinc-N and Qor.The derived amino acid sequence of the gene had high homology with the CRYZL1 of human(93%),bovine(95%),and Mus musculus(89%).The gene was named as swine CRYZL1.Cloning and sequencing of swine CRYZL1 would be helpful to research its function. |
