| 摘 要： | 从价格机制在市场经济中的作用出发，提出社会主义林业市场经济条件下森林及木材价格的决定因素及构成内容。认为森林价格取决于培育立木的必要劳动量及森林生态效益价值量；而木材价格则受木材价值。木材供求关系，木材与其相关产品比价三方面的影响。并探讨了市场经济条件下森林材价格的调控方式。
