| 摘 要： | 学风广义上是指治校、治学、做人的风气。学风建设已成为新时期高校人才培养的重要组成部分，也是新时期高等学校的一项深远而重大的工程。本文从校园文化建设、学生专业思想教育、学生党员和考研生在学风建设中的作用等几方面分析了新时期高校学风建设的新特点，并提出了具体的措施和办法。

| Abstract: | Academic discipline generally is the moral courage of managing school, administering students and conducting oneself. Academic discipline building has become an important part of colleges and universities in educating talent,and also is one rofound and significant project in the new era. In the article, analyzes thc new features of colleges and universities in the new era and provides some concrete measures and methods from campus culture construction, students professional education, and the role of student party members and students who want to read master＇s degree in academic discipline building. |
