| 摘 要： | 抗菌肽是具有抗菌活性的一类短肽，具有分子量低、热稳定、广谱的抗菌、抗病毒及抑制肿瘤的生物活性，是动物防御体系的一个重要组成部分，在机体抵抗病原的入侵方面起着重要的作用。本文主要综述了抗菌肽基因的克隆与表达的研究进展并展望了抗菌肽在畜牧业生产中的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | Antibacterial peptides are a group of small molecular proteins with anti-bacterial activities, which are key components of animal defense system and play an important role in protection body from invasions of pathogens.
