沙生柽柳扦插苗生根条件优化研究

摘    要:针对流沙固定先锋树种沙生柽柳扦插苗不易生根的问题,进行了沙生柽柳扦插基质、插穗长度、插穗木质化程度及外源激素处理等关键因素筛选试验,探讨沙生柽柳扦插繁殖优化条件。结果表明:沙生柽柳扦插繁殖能力普遍较低,插穗成活率在6.67%~31.11%之间;插穗选用15 cm长的1年生硬枝为宜,1年生硬枝扦插成活率高达31.11%,15 cm插穗成活率为10.37%;扦插基质以保湿性能较好的壤土为宜,插穗成活率9.63%;外源激素诱导以200 mg/L的IBA浸泡20 min效果最佳,不同激素类型诱导中,IBA处理效果最好,插穗最高成活率达14.07%,为CK对照处理的6~7倍;不同激素浓度诱导中,200 mg/L低浓度IBA处理插穗成活率高达22.22%;不同激素处理时间诱导中,经20 min浸泡的IBA激素处理的插穗成活率24.44%。

Optimization of the Rooting Conditions of Tamarix taklamakanensis Cuttings
Abstract:With the problem of the cuttings seedling seldom rooting of Tamarix.taklamakanensis for quicksand fixed pioneer trees. TheSkey factors screening tests has conducted such as the cuttingSmedium,the cutting length, the cutting lignification degree and exogenous external treatment for Tamarix.taklamakanensis, and their the cutting propagation optimization conditions has discussed. The results show that the cutting propagation ability of is generally low in Tamarix.taklamakanensis and the cutting survival rate between 6.67% to 31.11%. The best cutting selected was the hard branch cutting with 15 cm length, the cuttage survival rate reched 31.11% in hard-wood cutting and 10.37% in cutting with 15cm length. The cutting medium selected was the loam with moisturizing performance, cutting survival rate was 9.63%. The effect of external hormones treatment on rooting was obvious in Tamarix.taklamakanensis,especially when treated by 200 mg/l IBA covered for 20min, in which case, the rooting ratio reached 14.07% by IBA treatment and for 6 to 7 times of CK treatments, the cuttings survival rate with 200 mg/l IBA treatment was 22.22% and the cuttings survival rate with IBA covered for 20min treatmentwas 24.44%.
