摘    要:为研究银槭幼苗的耐盐能力,以银槭的1年生播种苗为试材,对不同浓度NaCl胁迫下银槭的生物量、光合性能、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、MDA含量、POD、SOD酶活性等进行了研究。结果表明:盐胁迫抑制了银槭的生长;使得叶绿素含量、光合性能降低;可溶性糖、MDA含量增加;POD、SOD活性呈先增加后下降趋势。通过对这些耐盐性生理指标的相关性分析和主成分分析,最终确定胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率和生物量可以作为银槭耐盐性评价的参考指标,并指出银槭的耐盐范围在0.4%以下。

Effects of NaCl Stress on Several Physiologica Characteristics and Seedling Growth of Acer saccharinum
Abstract:Objective] Method] Taking 1-year old seedling of Acer saccharinum as test materials, this paper studied their biomass, photosynthesis, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, MDA, POD and SOD activities under the stress of different concentration NaCl. The results showed that salt stress inhibits the growth of seedlings, chlorophyll content and photosynthesis were reduced; soluble sugar content and MDA were increased; POD and SOD showed a trend of decline after increase first. Conclusion] Based on the correlation analysis and principal component analysis of salt resistance physiological, final determined intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate and biomass can be used as the indicators of Acer saccharinum salt-tolerance, and pointed out that the salt tolerance of Acer saccharinum blow 0.4%.
