摘    要:研究了两种保鲜剂处理对牡丹切花水分状况的影响。结果表明:两种处理不同程度地改善了牡丹切花瓶插期间的水分状况,降低了瓶插前期的呼吸速率,推迟了呼吸速率高峰的到来,延长了切花的瓶插寿命,增大了花径,其中20gS/L+100mg 8HQ/L+200mgCA/L+25mgSA/L处理的效果优于20gS/L+100mg 8HQ/L+200mgCA/L。

Abstract:Effect of two freshness-retentlon chemicals on water condition in peony cut flowers was studied. Results showed that the water condition during the vase period was improved in varying degrees by the two treatment chemicals compared with the control. The rate of respiration in the early vase period was reduced, the respiratory climax was delayed, the vase life was prolonged, and the flower diameter was increased. Agent Two demonstrated a better effect than Agent One in freshness retention.
