| 摘 要： | 植物体细胞无性系变异是植物组织培养中的普遍现象，泛指在植物细胞、组织和器官培养过程中，培养细胞和再生植株中产生的遗传变异或表观遗传学变异。本文综述了植物体细胞无性系变异的特点、形成机理以及在育种中的应用等方面的研究成果。

| Abstract: | Somaclonal variation is ubiquitous in plant tissue culture,which refers to genetic or epigenetic changes through the culture of plant cells,tissues and organs.The characters,mechanism and application in breeding researches of plant somaclonal variation were summarized in this paper. |
