红树莓组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:以树莓品种红莓38为试材,MS为基本培养基,添加植物激素6-BA、IBA,研究树莓快速繁殖技术,结果表明:诱导侧芽培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖30.0 g/L+琼脂粉4.0 g/L,继代培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA0.03 mg/L+琼脂粉4.5 g/L+蔗糖30.0 g/L,生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L+活性炭0.2%+白砂糖20.0 g/L+琼脂粉4.0 g/L。苗高5 cm、有5条以上健壮根系时温室炼苗7 d,移栽基质为纯砂草炭土=1 l,移栽成活率高达92.78%。

Abstract:The shoot tips of red raspberry Hongmei 38 were used as the explants for tissue culture in the MS medium with 6-BA and IBA to study the propagation technology.The result showed that the best medium for inducing germination was MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L IBA+30.0g/L sucrose+4.0g/L AGAR powder;the best medium for subculture was MS+1.5mg/L 6-BA+0.03mg/L IBA+4.0g/L AGAR powder+30.0g/L sucrose;the best rooting medium was 1/2 MS+0.2mg/L IBA +0.2% activated carbon+20.0g/L sugar+4.5g/L AGAR powder.When the seedlings height reached 5cm with more 5 roots,they were transplanted in greenhouse(sharp sandpeat soil=11),and the survival rate was 92.78%.
