| 摘 要： | 工作流技术是实现业务过程控制的重要技术。针对电信业务种类繁多、业务控制流程复杂的特点,提出了一种基于工作流的电信业务开通系统的设计方案,着重介绍了系统框架的设计,为新一代电信运营支撑系统的开发提供了一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Workflow technology is an important technology to realize controlling service process.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the tele-service fulfillment system,such as complexity in business category,service control complicacy etc.,a design based on workflow was proposed to support the tele-service fulfillment system,the design of the system framework was emphatically introduced.It provides an effective reference for developing OSS/BSS. |
