摘    要:羊驼作为一种高品质毛皮经济动物,对其毛色的研究可以为提高羊驼经济价值提供理论依据。本试验应用RT-PCR技术克隆羊驼显性白位点基因(KIT)第2外显子(exon2),并与其他动物相应区域进行同源性比较,结果发现其序列与牛和山羊的同源性较高,可达到96%,其编码的氨基酸更高,达98%;而与人和家鼠的同源性较低,只有78%和57%。该研究结果为加快霍阿基亚型羊驼育种进展提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Alpaca as a kind of high quality economic animal, its colour of the research could provide a theoretical basis for improving the alpaca economic value. KIT gene was selected to investigate the relationship of KIT gene exon2 with coat color of alpacas, and to analyze the homology to other animals by using RT-PCR.The results showed that the sequence homolog was higher than cows and goats,could be up to 96%, coded amino acids were higher, reaching 98%, while the homologies of human and mouse were lower, only 78% and 57%. The results could provide theoretical basis for accelerating the progress of Huacuya alpacas breeding.
