安宁市生态环境变化的遥感解译与分析

摘    要:利用不同年代的卫星数据监测生态环境的动态变化,是一种快速、有效评价生态环境建设效果的好方法.利用自动、半自动的解译方法,解译和生成了2003年度安宁市的生态环境本底数据;以此为基础,通过叠加分析与综合判断,解译和生成了安宁市1996年的生态环境本底数据.对比分析显示研究期间内安宁市生态环境明显改善,林地面积明显增加,荒山荒地大大减少;水域面积和工矿等其它用地面积有所增加,农业用地面积减少.这表明贯彻实施国家的退耕还林工程和天然林保护工程对加速安宁市生态环境建设起到了积极的推动作用.

Abstract:It is a fast and efficient way to evaluate the effect of eco-environmental construction in a certain area by monitoring the dynamic change of the ecological environment in the light of satellite data taken in different years.The baseline data of the ecological environment of Anning in 2003 were obtained by automatic and semi-automatic interpretation of the satellite image,and the baseline data of 1996 were obtained through interpreting the data by overlapping analysis and comprehensive judging.A comparison analysis indicates that the ecological environment in Anning was evidently improved during the study period because afforested land area,water face and industrialized area increased,and deserted land area and cropland area decreased.This proves that carrying out the national policies of "Returning Sloping Cropland to Forest" and "Natural Forest Conservation" has significantly enhanced the ecological construction in the studied area.
