农机产品并行式绿色设计

摘    要:农机产品的设计方法将直接影响其制造加工方式和周期、使用过程及废弃后处置等环节.通过分析传统的串行式设计模式所存在的问题,从农机产品的全生命周期中对环境的影响角度提出了应用并行式绿色设计方法,以提高农机产品的质量和绿色度、缩短开发周期、降低农机产品生命周期内成本;同时,指出并行式绿色设计是农业机械制造业实施可持续发展战略、解决环境污染问题以及实现新的经济增长的必由之路.

Abstract:The design of agro-machinery will affect aspects such as manufacturing technical process, manufacturing period, utilizing process and dealing with the useless products. This paper through analyzing problems of current and traditional practice of serial design, from the angle of how the Agro-machinery affect the environment in the whole lifespan, puts forward the green design of concurrent engineering. This design method can improve the quality of Agro-machinery and make the products better to the environment, shorten the development period, and reduce the comprehensive products in the lifespan. Implementation of green design of concurrent engineering is only way of the agricultural manufacturing industry to carry out sustainable development strategy, solve the environmental and realize a new leap
