摘    要:目的]为探讨日粮中添加不同水平的蛋氨酸铜对奶牛瘤胃内环境及日粮表观消化率的影响。方法]在日粮中分别添加0 mg/kg、18 mg/kg、27 mg/kg DM的蛋氨酸铜,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,试验动物为3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的中国荷斯坦奶牛,平均体重500 kg,均处于干奶期,试验基础日粮由混合精料、羊草和玉米全株青贮组成,精粗比为30∶70。结果]表明,日粮添加蛋氨酸铜有提高瘤胃pH值、NH3-N的趋势;但对各时间点的瘤胃液pH值、NH3-N没有显著影响(P〉0.05);添加27 mg/kg DM的蛋氨酸铜显著提高了日粮各个营养物质的表观消化率。结论]添加蛋氨酸铜不影响奶牛瘤胃的内环境,添加27 mg/kgDM的蛋氨酸铜可以提高日粮的表观消化率。

Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the diets supplemented with different levels of methionine copper on cow rumen environment and the apparent digestibility of dietary effects.【Method】 0 mg/kg,18 mg/kg,27 mg/kg DM of methionine copper were added in the diet by using 3×3 Latin square test design.Three Chinese Holstein cows were chosen as test animals with permanent rumen fistulas and the average weight of 500 kg.They were at the dry period.The trial basis diet was composed of mixed concentrate diet,chinensis and whole plant corn silage,and the concentrate and crude ratio was 30:70.【Result】The results showed that dietary adding Cu Met had the trend to improve the rumen pH and liquid NH3-N,but had no significant effect on the rumen pH and liquid NH3-N at different time points(P〉0.05);The apparent digestibility was increased significantly of the various nutrients by adding 27 mg/kgDM of Cu Met in the diet.【Conclusion】 Adding methionine copper didn't affect the internal environment,but the apparent digestibility of diets could be increased by add 27 mg/kg DM methionine copper.
