摘    要:用碱性蚀刻废液经中和沉淀法,制取了纳米级的新型饲料添加剂碱式氯化铜,其组成为Cu2(OH)3Cl,产品中铜的含量为59.2%,纯度大于99.0%。XRD图谱表明产物是具有六方晶系的单一物相;扫描电子显微镜表征表明:获得的碱式氯化铜产品为直径约60nm,长度约600nm纳米棒。

Abstract:The nanophase new type feed additive basic copper chloride were prepared by neutralization and precipi- tation with alkaline etching coppery liquid as raw material.Its composition was Cu2 (OH)3 Cl.The content of copper in the products was 59.2 %.The purification of the products was above 99.0 %.The XRD pattern showed that the resultant was single phase and the crystal structure belonged to the hexagonal system.The scean electronic microscope (SEM) showed that the resultant of the basic copper chloride was mainly composed of the nanorods with average diameters of 60 nm and length of 600 nm.
