B9和PP33对马铃薯试管苗生长的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的B9和PP333处理在室温与恒温培养条件下对马铃薯试管苗生长的影响。结果表明:B9和PP333均不同程度地抑制试管苗徒长,促使节间缩短、叶绿素含量增加,形状壮苗,同时有利于试管苗较长时间保存。相对于B9,PP333处理的效应更佳,促进组织中SOD活性增加可能是PP333促进马铃薯试管苗生长健壮,并适宜较长时间保存的机制之一,不同培养条件(温度等)对试管苗的生长也有明显影响。

Abstract:Potato cultivar “Wai 2”was used to study the effects of B9 and PP333 at different concentration on in vitro plantlet growth.The results showed that B9 at 5-30 mg/L and PP333 at 0.1-1.0 mg/L inhibited in vitro potato plantlet growth in varying degrees,made node interval short and plantlet strong,increased chlorophyll content of plantlet leaf.Compared with B9 treatment,PP333 had better effect on promoting strong planlet culture.It suggested that one mechanisms through which PP333 inducing strong planlet growth is to increase SOD activity of plantlet tissue.Different effects of plantlet growth were observed when it grew under room temperature and constant temperature respectively,as well.
