摘    要:在池栽条件下,用32P2O5同位素示踪技术研究了高产小麦生育后期的群体根系活性及其垂直分布状况.结果表明,伴随着植株的衰老,高产小麦生育后期群体根系活性(单位土体内的根系活性)迅速下降,但存在品种间的差异.一般而言,正常落黄型品种在生育后期维持相对较高的群体根系活性.根系活性的垂直分布特点是,浅层根系的群体根系活性

Abstract:The relationship between the spatial distri bution of the root system activity and the senescence of high yielding winter wh eat in late development stage was studied under pond culture condition,using 32 P tracing method. The results indicated that with the development of senescence ,the root system activity decreased rapidly. But there were differences among c ultivars. Generally speaking, cultivars with normal maturity maintained higher r o ot system activity at the grain filling stage; while those with abnormal maturi ty revealed lower root system activity. The characteristic of the activities of the vertically distributed root system are: Those of the root system in the top soil layers decrease sharply while those of the root system in deeper soil layer s remain relatively higher, revealing a downward movement of the root system activity wi th the growth and development of the wheat plant. It was also found that the dis tribution and transportation of the 32 P absorbed by roots in different soil layers was significantly different from each other; most of the 32 P absorb ed from the top layers was transported to the vegetative organs, while most of t hose absorbed from the deeper layers to the reproductive organs.
