摘    要:旨在探讨杀菌剂与哈茨木霉菌互作防治植物病害增效作用的评价方法。采用对峙法,孢子悬浮液法和离体叶片法分别测定了哈茨木霉菌与5种不同作用机制杀菌剂互作对番茄灰霉病菌的抑制作用,用互作系数>1作为互作增效作用的评价标准,在离体叶片上以互作前、后保护作用EC50值差异倍数>2及治疗作用EC50值差异倍数>10同时验证其增效作用。3种方法表明杀菌剂和木霉菌互作后对灰霉病的防效均高于两者单独处理的防效。用互作系数评价出啶酰菌胺、嘧菌酯、咯菌腈和啶菌噁唑与木霉菌互作有增效作用,氟啶胺无增效作用,与离体叶片法验证结果一致。互作系数作为木霉菌与杀菌剂互作增效作用的评价标准是科学合理的,在生产上可作为防治番茄灰霉病的应用依据。

Abstract:The aim of this study was conducted to explore the evaluation method of synegism of fungicide interaction with Trichoderma to plant disease. The inhibitory effect of T. harzianum interaction with five different mechanism fungicides to Botrytis cinerea was respectively determined with confrontation, spore suspension and the detached leaf method. Verification the synegrism through interaction coefficient beyond one in plate, simultaneously, the EC50 differences multiples beyond two of protective effect of interaction and the EC50 differences multiples beyond ten of therapeutic effect of interaction in detached leaf. The control efficiency of fungicide interaction with Trichoderma to gray mold higher than fungicide and Trichoderma used alone by three methods, using interaction coefficient valuation of the synergistic effect was boscalid, azoxystrobin, fludioxonil, SYP-048 interaction with Trichoderma, except fluazinam, and consistent of validation by detached leaf. Interaction coefficient as a evaluation standard of synergistic effect of T. harzianum interaction with chemical pesticides were scientific and reasonable, it could be used as the base of application for interaction control of B. cinerea in production.
