微联合收获机气流式清选装置嵌入式设计

摘    要:微型联合收割机气流式清选装置作业过程中,由于其转速较高,容易产生籽粒损失问题,当风力不足时,还容易出现堵塞问题,影响了机器的正常收割作业。为此,提出了一种新型气流式清选装置。该装置利用嵌入式单片机和μC/OS-II实时操作系统增加了反馈监测设备,借助高速摄像拍摄不同籽粒和茎秆杂质在清选装置中的运动情况,对电机的最佳转速进行调节。为了实现装置的实时监控和反馈调节,将μC/OS-II实时系统在MC9S12XS128单片机上进行了移植,取得了良好效果。对清选装置进行了测试,结果表明:清选装置可在较低转速下完成对谷物籽粒和杂物的分离,损失率低,分离效率较高,符合高精度微型联合收割机的设计标准。

Embedded Design for Air Cleaning Device of Micro Combine Harvester
Abstract:In the process of the operation of the air cleaning device in the micro combine harvester , it is easy to produce grain loss due to its high speed , and it is easy to be blocked when the wind is insufficient ,which affects the normal opera-tion of the machine .In order to solve the problems , it puts forward a new type of air cleaning device , which uses the em-bedded MCU and UC/OS-II real-time operating system to get the feedback monitoring equipment .With high speed cam-era, the best speed of electric machine is adjusted by different grain and stem of impurities in the cleaning device of the motion .In order to realize the real-time monitoring and feedback regulation of the device , the C/OS-II real-time system is transplanted on the MC9S12XS128 chip.The good effect is obtained .Finally, the device was tested and it was found that the device can be used to separate the grain and the debris at the lower speed .The loss rate of grain is low , and the separation efficiency is higher .
