抗寒锻炼对假俭草SOD、POD活性及MDA含量的影响

摘    要:选用4个居群的野生假俭草(Erem ochloa opiurodes)进行抗寒锻炼,测定SOD、POD活性和MDA含量的变化。结果表明,假俭草的SOD、POD活性升高,MDA含量降低;其中,经8d抗寒锻炼后,DJ01的SOD、POD活性最高,分别比对照提高了31.45%、36.82%,MDA含量最低,比对照降低了65.98%。

Abstract:4 different populations of wild centipedegrass(Eremochloa ophiurodes) collected from Sichuan were selected as the experimental materials.The change of SOD and POD activities,and MDA contents were studied after cold-hardening in the 4 different populations of centipedegrass.Acrossing cold hardening,SOD and POD activities of 4 different populations of centipe degrass were increased,,MDA contents decreased.In the 4 populations,the SOD and POD activities of DJ01 were increased most significantly,by 31.45% and 36.82% respectt ively.The MDA content of DJ01 was decreased most significantly,by 65.98%.
