摘    要:以14个岷江柏野生居群个体为试材,对AFLP分析过程中的影响因子(酶切与连接、预扩增、选择性扩增和银染)进行了研究.筛选出4对扩增稳定且多态性丰富的AFLP引物;得到扩增条带274条,多态性带137条(占50.00%).

Abstract:AFLP fingerprinting was conducted to study 14 individuals of Cupressus chengiana S.Y. Hu. Essential factors in DNA extraction, restriction, adapter ligation, pre -amplification, selective amplification and silver staining were analyzed. Four primer combinations with stable amplification and rich polymorphism for AFLP were screened, which had 274 distinct and strong amplification bands with a bright background and 137 of them were polymorphic bands, accounting about 50.00% of the total.
