金属硫蛋白在仔猪体内代谢动力学研究

摘    要:本文通过放射性12 5I标记金属硫蛋白 ( 12 5I MT) ,经口灌喂于断奶仔猪 ,研究MT在猪体内代谢动力学。本研究结果表明 :12 5I MT在灌喂后 9h血液中达最高值 ( 0 0 5 8mCi) ,而对照组12 5I1h达最高值 ( 0 0 98mCi)。12 5I MT组在灌喂后 7h开始能够从粪中检测到 ,以后粪中浓度逐渐升高 ,30h达最大值 ( 0 0 97mCi) ,排出的时间主要集中在 2 8~ 31h ,31h后粪中浓度快速下降 ,从粪中的排泄量占总灌喂量的 7 91 % ,极显著地高于12 5I组 (P <0 0 1 )。灌喂后 1h便可在尿中检测出 ,随后尿中浓度逐渐升高 ,在灌喂后 2 4h尿中浓度达最大值 ,此后迅速下降 ,尿中排出量占灌喂总量的 2 1 45 % ,显著地低于12 5I组 (O <0 0 5 )。12 5I MT在组织器官中放射性活度依次为 :小肠 >大肠 >胃 >皮 >肾 >肺 >肝 >心 >肌肉 >骨 ,组织器官中的存留量占灌喂总量的4 61 %。

Abstract:Metabolism dynamics of metallothionein by piglet was studied by method of 125I labeling metallothionein( 125I-MT) affused through mouth. The results showed that the concentration of 125I-MT was maximum(0.058mCi) in blood at 9h after perfusion,but 125I was maximum(0.098mCi) at 1h after perfusion 125I with the control. After affuse 7h 125I-MT could be observed from feces in 125I-MT group and reached the peak at 30h(0.097mCi). The excretion of 125I-MT from feces focus on 28~31h after affuse. The amount of excretion from feces was 7.91% of the total amount of perfusion,significantly higher than 125I group (P<0.01). 1h after affuse, 125I-MT could be observed in urine and the concentration of 125I-MT was maximum 24h after affuse. The excretion of 125I-MT from urine was 21.45% of the total perfusion amount, significantly lower than 125I group(P<0.05). The radioactivity of 125I-MT in organ was in order of: large intestine>stomach>small intestine>skin>kidney>lung>liver>heart>muscle>bone. The residue in organ was 4.61% of the total perfusion.
