| 摘 要： | 目的]为开发植物源杀菌剂提供理论依据。方法]采用菌丝生长速率法分析麦冬块根70%甲醇提取物对水稻纹枯病菌、桃缩叶病以及鬼芋根腐病的抑菌活性。结果]结果表明,含有麦冬块根提取物原液的1/10,1/20,1/40以及1/80浓度都能明显抑制水稻纹枯病菌、桃缩叶病以及鬼芋根腐病菌菌丝生长,抑制率均达24.8%以上,且都随着处理浓度增大抑制效果明显提高,尤其是含有麦冬块根提取物原液的1/10浓度的抑制率均在71.5%以上。结论]麦冬块根的70%甲醇浸提物对供试的3种病原菌具有较强的抑菌活性,其作为植物源杀菌剂值得进一步研究。 |
